Arellan will reflect on the past decade of U.S. coercive measures on Venezuela and findings from Special Rapporteur Alena Douhan’s upcoming book Humanitarian Impact of Unilateral Sanctions and Over-Compliance. Pascual Marquina will discuss her observations as a journalist regarding challenges and resistance to U.S. sanctions in the communes of Venezuela.
